ADventuresHD is the shop of Matt Treviño. The name is a wink at the way his brain works, and the AD/HD is on purpose. That same energy goes into every cut, weld, and finished piece: intricate laser-cut art, custom commissions, and clever functional metalwork that people actually want to hold.

Capabilities
The shop runs on an xTool MetalFab, an industrial laser, welder, and CNC cutter in one. It means work that used to take a week of outsourcing gets done in house, with the kind of detail most shops can't touch.
Burr-free cuts in stainless, aluminum, brass, carbon steel, and titanium, with accuracy down to 0.1mm. That precision is what makes the fine filigree and detailed art possible.
Laser welding that runs up to 8 times faster than traditional TIG, with a heat-affected zone so small the surrounding metal barely knows it happened. Stronger joints, cleaner finishes.
From a napkin sketch or a logo to a finished part, designs get nested for smart material use and cut with a repeatability that hand tools can't match. Prototypes to small production runs.

This one was made for a lubricants sales rep. On the surface it's a sharp black metal business card. Look closer and it's a working ruler down one edge, with a full oil viscosity classification chart etched on the back. It's the kind of piece that stays in a customer's toolbox instead of a trash can.
That's the ADventuresHD approach to custom work: find the angle nobody asked for, then build it into the metal. Signage, awards, gifts, gear, brand pieces. If it can be cut, welded, or etched, it's on the table.
